I started c25k yesterday!! I am very excited, I used to run regularly and I can't wait to get back in the swing of it. I've only ever competed in 5K's, so I'm starting by working my way back up to 5Ks then long term, I'm thinking 10K then maybe a half-marathon!! One step at a time, yesterday was workout 1 of c25k, I did it on a treadmill since it was pouring rain, adding 1.5 miles to my total!
C25K Rocks! I just finished the 9 weeks on Sunday! Starting a 10k training tonight! Good luck! :drinker:0 -

C25K is amazing. I started it in May, then did 5K-to-10K, and plan to start training for a half marathon soon.0 -
