Hi!
Somebody suggested to create a challenge a day. She (or he? sorry ^^) gave the example of 3 reps of 20 squats. Tell us when you've done it!

Don't ever hesitate to create a new challenge for tomorrow, and the day after...
Ready for suggestions, I'm leaving you a minute to do my first 20 squats :)

    I am doing a squat challenge, So I did 30 squats x2 plus 60 lunges

    I'm going to be starting the 30 day shred tomorrow rather then a new daily challenge, is that ok? I have destroyed knees (genetic and injuries) and have to modify many exercises but doing lunges and squats are definitely one I get nothing out of with the level of modification i have to do.

    I did the 1/21/14 3 sets of 20 reps of squats. :)

    In addition I did The Biggest Loser Boot Camp (Program 1 and 2) for 45 minutes, and some extra stretching.
