Need Workout?

I am in need of a work out plan I can do at home. I do not have the extra money to join a gym, and some days it is way to cold for me to go out and walk. I work a 9-6 schedule Monday thru Friday so it is usually dark by the time I get off too. Any suggestions what I can do from home to get some extra work in my day?

    If you look under the fitness section of pinterest, there are a bunch of at home work outs that are quick and easy and require no equipment. There are also a lot of fitness video on youtube too.

    Put on some upbeat music and dance the way you NEVER would in public. Or crank the tunes and do your housecleaning literally as fast as you can - you get a 2 for 1 win that way! Also check out your public library for workout DVDs.

    I like to work out with Kettlebells, you can find a lot of online workouts as well there is a group on MFP that also list Kettlebell sites.

    I find it is a very good for cardio and toning and strength. It also works on your core. You can easily find a kettlebell at Tj max and other stores like that for a great price.

    THANKS GUYS, I WILL LOOK INTO THESE OPTIONS. THE LITTE BIT OF STAIRS I HAVE TO CLIMB AT WORK ARE NOT ENOUGH, AND ITS ONLY ABOUT 75 CALORIES THAT I AM BURNING. WHICH IS BETTER THAN NOTHING I GUESS

    I totally agree with this! Dancing is a killer burn. This has to be one of my favorite ways to burn some cals.

    Also check you tube. There are a plethora of good workouts you can do right from your living room!
