I started Block 2 of the classic routine this morning which consisted of Eccentric Upper...yikes. I definitely felt the pump after that one. But I just love upper body workouts period.
And is anyone following Traci Morrow on Twitter/Instagram? She's doing X3 (but I'm not doing the same routines as her. I'm a week ahead)

Nope! I just joined this group. Week 3 of P90x3 Lean. Really enjoying it, tough work, but I'm already noticing results. Best of all, feel stronger, better.0
