Well week 3 was pretty good for me despite a couple of rough patches. I'm down 2 lbs which is encouraging.

I had a good week for exercise (300 minutes!). And I was under my calorie goal for most of the week (minus a birthday dinner and a few glasses of wine with the girls one night), but I was up 2 lbs this week, which was disheartening.
Still, onward and upward (or, rather, downward!). I've already done 30 minutes today and I have a good dinner planned. Hopefully, next week will be better.0 -
That's excellent on the exercise, and don't despair, I'm sure the scale will readjust accordingly after a couple of days.0
