    I'm just getting over a cold and am not where I should be but am gunna get back to exercising today and make it to my goal of 171.4!

    I've been following the group but I keep forgetting to post on weigh-in days.
    I'm going to list my start weight as the weight that I was at when I started tracking again a few weeks ago.

    SW:230
    Last week's weight: 224
    CW:222
    GW:180

    My goal for the week is to not to use the weekend as an excuse to indulge, and make sure I'm tracking every bite!

    So far I've dropped 5 lbs, but my goal was for 10 by this Saturday. Don't think it will happen, but as long as I'm still slowly losing, it's still a win!
