Before I start-happy new year everyone! I know I have been busy due to the holiday's like I am sure most of you have but it's time for me to refocus.
BYE, BYE CELLULITE!!!-Did you know that cellulite is genetic? Did you know that even though it is genetic, cellulite looking worse or better does also come from food and exercise habits? That's right ladies. If you are plagued by this, you are not alone. We can thank our parents for this! Did you know that cellulite often looks worse before it gets better? Even though cellulite is genetic, there are ways that you can help reduce it's appearance. First, make sure you drink plenty of water. Drinking water will assist in flushing toxins out of your system to help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Running and strength training your legs will also help reduce the appearance of cellulite. You will not see results overnight, but in time you will see a reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Happy Monday!
