I've got a number and a looming deadline to reach my first goal. I hope to step on my scale on Monday morning (1/27/2014) and look down and see 219. I started at 259, so seeing 219 will mean that I've lost 40 pounds! My weight loss really slowed down around Christmas; I've been slooooowly making my way down through the 220s for over a month. For me, there is just something so mentally/emotionally significant about 40 pounds... it will make it more cemented and official somehow, that this is not another fad diet that I'll get discouraged/overwhelmed with. No more giving up and starting over again. I'm going allllll the way this time!0

My first goal met... I made a vow that this time around I would do things differently than I had in the past. So this time I'm exercising 6 days a week. Five days a week with Focus T25 and the the 6th day an exercise of my choice. I can say I have completed this challenge two weeks straight and the scale and measuring tape are cementing my hard work. So exciting0

My first goal is to form good habits. I'm start to log everyday (not occasionally) and I aim to lose 1kg a week. So far, I'm on track. By the end of Jan I will set a goal for the entire month of Feb as I plan to gain some muscle with weight training.0
