I did my 45ish mins in the gym only 3 days last week. so I'm a little disappointed in missing 1 day and not being able to make it up, but that said... life happens and there's a LOT going on with work and family right now. So this week, I aim for all 4 workout days on program and get set to do 5 days the week after that.
I am Ecstatic at the loss right now. In a way I stopped listening to MFP and calculated out my TDEE and seriously adjusted my macros and put those customized numbers in. It changed the "loss per week" from 2lbs to 1.2 however it's pretty easy to see that number is a good bit higher after that 3 week stall. Last week I stopped cardio and went to a dedicated weights program as well as upped my calories and that is working for me. I have 11 weeks to go on program, guess we'll see where I end up.0 -

It is going down slowly, but at least it is going down!
I did amazingly well on exercise minutes this week, 6 one hour (minimum) sessions at my bootcamp exercise class - finally over jet lag, son back at school and don't start work until this week so I had the time - if only I could do that every week. MFP said that if every day was like today I would be 77kg in 5 weeks!!!

Whilst I haven't lost a ton of weight my shape has changed significantly over last week so I am happy!

I'm counting Saturday's basement cleanout as 1 hour, because even though I worked for over 2 hours part of it was sitting on the floor sorting out old toys, etc. But there was a lot of hauling bags up and down stairs so I'm giving myself credit!

A slight loss this week after the small gain from last week. Once I get my current health issues figured out I'm planning on joining the local gym.
