Really surprised when I stepped on the scale - down 2.1 this week. Yay! It was not a good eating week (traveled for a conference), but I did get in a LOT of walking, which must of helped burn some extra calories.

Well i went down a little. I guess the hockey game dinner didn't help; Beer and a dodger dog... Probably not the smartest. Oh well I still went down a little. I am so close to the 10 pound mark too! I need to get my butt moving and hope I can reach my goal!. I think moving and cleaning my stuff out of my place and into the new will help burn a few hundred calories.0 -

Just like they said at least you did not gain! You might have shifted your weight around too so maybe you lost some bloating and inches! Think positive!0 -

I've been trying to eat "clean" with lots of fresh veggies, and also hitting the gym on a regular basis now. Definitely seems to help!0 -
Good job everyone! It's definitely getting harder. I have a feeling the scale was being gracious today. I haven't been exercising as much due to back pain, but I'm hoping to drop at least one more pound by V Day. I'd be satisfied with that.
