Week 4 Early Bird Challenge
Now that you have a cardio routine, have decided upon or begun weightlifting/resistance training and have a plan for how to properly fuel your body in the apocalypse, this last challenge will prepare you for the most important aspect. Staying motivated and inspiring others.
Motivate Yourself
Just because it's the zombie apocalypse doesn't mean you have to be miserable. Enjoy the adventure. Plan small weekly rewards, and then larger ones for when you reach mini and major goals. Feel free to discuss the rewards you plan to give yourself as you progress through the challenge and let your teammates know when you have achieved them. Popular reward ideas are ebooks, workout clothes or running shoes, fitness DVDs, spa days or maybe just a gorgeous cat figurine that you've been wanting.
Inspire Others
A big part of survival in the apocalypse will be teaching and inspiring others. In week 9, there will be bonus points (2) awarded to everyone who contributes a fitspo to the MFP Fitspiration thread.
Part One:

Part Two:

Part Three:

Start thinking now about how you are going to use your success over the next 9 weeks to inspire others. Browse the 3 part thread for inspiration (you'll find plenty). As you can see, a fitspo is just a motivational quote on a picture. It can be a before and after picture, a picture of yourself dancing, a picture of the street you jog on, the park you walk through or of an obstacle you've had to fight past. As long as the quote and picture have inspired you, it will inspire others.
This Week's Challenge
1.Make a list of minor and major reward ideas and share them on your team's thread or on Meat and Greet
2.Start planning your Week 9 Fitspo contribution. For example: take a before picture or find a quote that inspires you.

Sorry, a little late to this week's but I want to do it as I've done all the Early Birds. What's a fitspo?
No worries, just read it properly again.0 -
Here's my fitspo! Did I do it right? By the way, the quote is something I came up with by myself, I hope that's alright:

"Before, I was a crusty mess but now, I'm Heaven blessed!"
Is that two extra points for Team Michonne?0 -
