LTGW: Haven't even considered it yet. My first major goal/milestone is 199lbs. I have not been under 200lbs since I was 19 years old.

Hi All,
Overall I am very happy I found a group where I feel support as I continue in this health and wellness journey.
I didn't hit my goal for this week. For every great day of exercise I had a equally not so great day with bad food. I know that this past week as been awful however whatever I do over the next 5 days I will be proud.

Hi All,
As you can see I am starting late. My goal over the next 10 days is to lose 3-5 pounds. I am hopeful that next month I will start the challenge early and lost significantly more weight.
I'm glad I found this group because I need support to move out of the 200's this year. flowerforyou

My weigh in will be tomorrow - I have been sick for a week (just a horrid cold) and have not been able to go to the gym, which is where I weigh in. I have a scale at home, but the batteries are dead! My very fluffy cat likes to be with me in the bathroom, and her static electrified fur kept turning it on and off, and she killed the batteries. No point in replacing them for now! I don't really have any place else to put the scale and I would probably get obsessive with it anyway.0 -

Weigh ins:
1/3/14= 200 (+ .5) Normal fluctuation for daily weighing. This half pound is there one day and gone the next.
1/11/14= 199.5 (- .5) Back to Onederland, but only as of this morning.
1/18/14= 198 (-1.5) Feels solid now.
1/25/14= 197 (-1.0) Sevens are my "round" numbers - I've lost exactly 120 pounds.
1/31/14= 193 (-4.0) ...a day early...
My weight loss had slowed down and then last week, whomp! Can only think that extra water may have helped fill me up and curb my appetite and help with digestion? That's the only thing I've tried to increase.

Week 2: 1/10/14 = 299.6 (+2.0) Aaaarrghh!!!
Week 3: 1/17/14 = 299.8 (+0.2) Two weeks in a row gaining. Got to change that this week.
Week 4: 1/24/14 = 294.8 (-5.0) There it is!!!
Week 5: 1/31/14 =294.8 (-0.0)
Total January loss = -2.8 lbs. not quite the 7.6 I was hoping for. February will be much better.0 -
