LTGW: Haven't even considered it yet. My first major goal/milestone is 199lbs. I have not been under 200lbs since I was 19 years old.

1/31/14=230 ( no change) Felt a little under the weather this week...so I'm not surprised. Going to start a low GI diet and see if that helps speed up my weight loss Everyone has done amazing this month!!! Next month will be even better :happy:

You know, until I saw this I hadn't actually done the math!! I lost 7 pounds in January. My goal was 8 pounds, so I missed it by a bit, but still...a respectable loss.0 -

A bit late, sorry! But I was sick last Monday and didn't weigh until Friday, and ugh...! Gained nearly four pounds back because I was eating really badly. Weighed again today and was down .2 (that's point 2, not 2!) so at least I am going back in the right direction.0
