The ab pic on my profile is 2 weeks in. I'll be honest, I have a long, narrow torso, so abs come easier to me. My arms will probably be tone next, but my legs haven't been slim since before puberty. I'll take what I can get. I don't have an online album, but I'll try to post updates in my profile pics.0

I start Week 2 of Lean version tonight and I am noticing some results my handles are smaller, and chest is flatter and stomach is smaller. Just week two "officially" Getting stoked. Accelerated is beast though especially for a guy like me who hates cardio.0
