Is there a schedule of workouts for Feb?

The core challenges are posted on my FB page- Fit-Tastically Fab.
1- is a plank challenge and the other is a 10-15 minute core workout you can do both at home...all you need is a comfy spot/floor (I use a yoga mat since we have hardwood).
