  • I did Day One on 1/20, Day Two on 1/21, and Day Three on 1/22
  • So I have a question, I am currently on day 15 and I feel really bloated....like I'm gaining weight in this... I'm trying not to stress out but I am. Is this happening to you as well in phase 1?
