Help with logging poke/mussels

Hey everyone -- hope you're all having an AWESOME thirsty Thursday so far.....

Was wondering if anyone could help me with this --

I had some of the poke style mussels from Foodland last night and wanted to log that......Any idea if the mussels are steamed/raw/poached???

Does it make a difference??

Help please - not sure how I should log it........Should I call Foodland LOL.....*seriously though, I really was contemplating calling Foodland*
