cold night, warm pets?

so, anyone else have pets that sleep in the bed with you that keep you warm? my 2 furkids (dogs) do that. Ziggy likes to be under the covers right against me, and Kirby on top of the covers under his own blanket by my feet. so, 1 flat sheet, 1 quilt, and 1 comforter aren't enough in the Cincinnati area (for me) to stay warm. I need my 2 furkids to help. LOL. anyone else prefer this method of staying warm to just an impersonal heater or furnace?

    well we have yorkies so its more they are looking for us to keep them warm

    My shih tzu is so hyper she won't sit longer enough unless she's dead tired but last night she let me hold her and pet her neck and ears for a good ten minutes. It was wonderful! :)

    We have 2 GSD mixes and 2 cats that all love to cuddle up with us in bed. This was particularly special when the power went out during one of the big winter storms over night down here. We all curled up under the blankets together and were fine until the power came back on in the morning :)
