Tomorrow night I am going to a friend's house for dinner. How do you guys handle that, while trying to stick to the fitness plan? And Sunday is the super bowl, so I am going to a super bowl party. Anybody have advice on how to survive the week end? HELP.

Hello!! im sorry I have been a little disconnected this weekend... how was your weekend? whenever I go to a friend's house I try eating in small portions whatever they have for dinner.. there's not really a choice if you don't want to be rude right?? and super bowl...oh god lets not even mention it lol I can say it wasn't a good weekend for me.. but there is always a Monday when we can start again ;-)0 -
The dinner went great. I took small portions... until dessert. Our host served it for me, a pretty big portion of peach cobbler. I didn't want to complain. Next time I will try to find a way to serve myself, or ask for a just a little bit. Lesson learned.
Then the super bowl..... not good....
But, yes, today is Monday, and I am going to keep up the exercise and diet routine. I am determined to stick with it!0 -

I started to be strict with my diet again and exercise, I am going to boot camp classes 3 times a week and running 2 days a week.. its not easy!!!!0 -
