What is your favorite workout routine?

I tend to do the elliptical for about 30 minutes. If I'm in a tired mood, I'll do 15 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the bike.

I keep my routine simple due to the fact that I'm in a weight loss right now. When I participated in the last class, I had completed the 30 day shred. However, I didn't lose any pounds (measurements- definitely :wink: ). So for right now I'm staying away from the weights, and just focusing on cardio.

    I really like the 30 minute room. I do it twice a week and run on a treadmill 4 days a week. I'm training for some 5ks and trying to lose weight.

    Before, I would do 30 min of fitness cardio (high heart rate) and then strength.

    Now, I do anywhere between 30-60 min of fat burn cardio every day (heart rate between 120-130). I have a polar heart rate monitor and the machines pick it up automatically which makes it all much easier because I don't have to "fight" the handles). For the "fat burn" cardio I enjoy the Arc Trainer, bikes, treadmill and elliptical ( the elliptical used to be my fave but it pauses often in fat burn mode, guess I go to slow and since then the arc trainer has become my fave. It was my fave for fitness cardio but it is great for fat burn cardio as well).

    For strength, every other day I do the 12 min ab circuit, other days I do all the leg machines, hip abductor, back crunch machine and two other machines for my back/shoulders. SOMETIMES I will do the weight machines of the 30 min circuit instead.

    I also use the stretch machine almost every day, it is very important.
