Yay I'm so happy I lost 3lbs this week ! I weighed in on the boots machine every Saturday morning

I'm using the same boots machine so in hoping that it looks like the weight I've actually lost is fat. This makes me so motivated to keep doing what I'm doing0 -

Hi everybody! I don't usually add friends or comment on mfp but this group sounded interesting! I am 5'5" and 20 yrs old. I weigh 160 as of this morning (slightly more than yesterday but Im assuming because I went way over on my sodium) and I have not determined a specific goal weight, I just want to be healthier! I definitely have 20 lbs to lose though! How long has this group been a group? Am I behind?0
