TOPIC: 90 Days Challenge to Lose 30 lbs = LittleJourney

I re posted this challenge here because this is the first group I joined :D

Who wants to join? It is going to start tomorrow! Yay :D

I am planning on eating clean and healthy keep my self under 1500 calories a day **1200 calories is ideally!
Drink a lot of water and trying not to use that much soda!
Eating fruits as snacks during the day!
Weight my self twice weekly!
log in everyday and report my success or struggles!
Support who want to start with me!

Again, I'm 26 yrs old
290 lbs and 5.6"
My 1 GW 260 lbs in 3 months :D

Let's do it! If they can, WE CAN!

    I think my goal will be to eat 1300-1500 calories, drink 8 glasses of water and not eat after 7 pm.

    Main goals to achieve the above - water and increase running ... but not too fast that I get knee problems again.

    starting weight on 90 day challenge is = 209lb
    goal weight for this challenge is = 179lb
    final goal weight is = 154lb

    goals is to get a few more PBs on 5k run and get fitter!

    Here's my method, it worked for me before and I know it will work again.

    60 minutes of cardio at least 5 days a week

    Only eat up to initial allotted calories, IE.. dont eat back the calories you burn during a workout unless it's your 1 cheat day for the week (usually Saturday or Sunday)

    At least 10 cups of water a day

    Will post before and after pictures once this is done as well. That makes it more fun haha

    I'm Dan been serious about MFP for 2 months now doing well I guess.

    Current weight 258.8
    Goal weight for 90 day challange 228.8
    Final Goal weight 195

    I am a 49 year old male, maried 25+ years 4 grown children.
    Really want to get back to running competative 5k times....

    I am on MFP every day, will post weigh ins on Sunday or Monday depending on work schedule. I do my weigh ins on the office scale.

    Tomorrow morning we should weight our self then start our routines! After one month we will share our success and see who needs help and figure out the best plan!

    Hi My name is Tina, and I am excited about this challenge, I did a 90 day challenge in July and it was great. It gives me accountability.

    Age: 49
    Starting Weight: 132.8 lbs
    Goal Weight: 125 lbs
    Starting today as I am up so very early for work on Monday- have to be there by 6am
    Will complete a monthly challenge of the following each month- documenting how many of each I can do in a minutes time. It was really great for me a few months ago. I also really try to watch what I am eating, and document every day!
    Jumping jacks
    Push ups
    Situps
    Burpees
    Squats

    Excited to see how everyone is doing in the next few weeks!!

    Hope i'm not too late to join you all as this is exactly what I need :). I put on some weight after a knee injury ( which is all better now :) ), but I'm really struggling with myself to get motivated to lose the weight. I'm 5' 7'', age 21 and currently weigh 159lbs. My first goal weight is 144 lbs but ultimately I would like to weigh 130-135lbs.

    I didn't see this until today but I'm in.
    I love MFP. Been using actively for a while.
    My starting weight is: 208
    Goal in 90 days = 180

    I follow the Isagenix weight loss and fat burning program. I've been using it for 7 months and have lost over 20 pounds and kept it off. My diary is open if you're curious what I eat. Will be going out for dinner tonight to celebrate Valentine's Day with my favorite men. Yeah!!

    My attitude is slow and steady wins the race. I am consistent everyday with my choices. I will support all of you and hope to see big drops in 90 days :)
