So I have developed a sinus infection or something over the last couple of days. It is wreaking havok on my workouts. What are you all doing in the event of sickness of anykind striking? I am on week 3 now and want to keep going strong but my 100% is barely 50% of my healthy self.

If you are sick its important to nurse yourself back to health first. I don't work out when I'm seriously ill, I think its counterproductive. I've had a cold for the last week so I still do P90X, but if I have a fever or anything else, I don't do it. I might take a walk or do yoga instead, or nothing. Sleep a lot!0

If I were you, i would definitely drop the intensity for a few days. You must be around starting the transition week anyway, right? Maybe just do only the stretches: yoga, isometrix, dynamix, pilates until you get better.0

Yes! I have sinusitis so I know how painful it can be. I would stick to taking a walk now (to maintain the habit) and doing doubles when I have fully recovered. This is what I did when I had the flu 2 weeks back.0
