Hello All,

I am so excited that my surgery date is fast approaching. I just need to buy a kitchen scale and I am good to go.

Done all my research, joining curves and looking forward to my New Lifestyle.

    scales are around $20 at Walmart. Go ahead and practice weighing and measuring. I learned the hard way that trying to eyeball portions just doesn't work.. Good luck!!!

    I totally agree with Mangopickle - weigh and measure EVERYTHING. I've also tried to eyeball and it just doesn't work!! :grumble: Good luck to you, April will be here before you know it!!
