HI, just wanted to introduce myself, I am a mom of 7 yr. identical twin girls, plus an 8 yr. boy and 5 yr. boy. I work nights as a nurse and am trying to lose weight the healthy way and exercise. My favorite excercise is cycling and HIIT. I used to be really fit and the weight would come off easy after all the babies until the last one when I also had a tubal ligation. Now I am tired of being overweight. I am 5'2 and 226lbs.

    Hi Brittany! My twins are almost 11 1/2 and my youngest will be 10 in May, all girls. I have been yo-yoing for a while and I figure now that my youngest is almost double digits I can't use the baby weight excuse any longer ;)

    I'm Carly, i have 14 month old fraternal girls. Good to see other Mums are alive to tell the tale with older twins!
    No other babies, just the dog and the twins. :-) Husband got the snip as soon as the girls turned 6 months old, so no more on the horizon either!

    hello ladies!! i'm jessica and i have twin girls that might be identical but most likely fraternal even thought they look almost exactly alike. anyways they are 10 months now and i also have a son who is 2 1/2 so finding "me" time is super difficult but i'm sure you all understand that being you've got twins too.. i want to lose about 30-40 lbs and i'm hoping we can help each other achieve our goals
