I gained 45 lbs while I was pregnant with my son, I finally I lost it! (I wouldnt bore you with details but if you want to know details of how I did it feel free to message me!) But now Id like to tone my arms with out getting bulky. How can I do that? Im just used to cardio so Im not familar with which machines or arm workouts to learn. Thanks!

If you want to do some over all toning up, I recommend the 30 Day Shred. It works everything, including arms and gets great results. It's only 25 mins a day and is great for busy moms0

The basic principle of toning vs bulk. Bulk is high weight, low rep. Toning is low weight, high rep. Most people don't want to get huge, they just want to get "in shape." This fits right in with a majority of the modern cardio mixed with body resistance exercises. Some DVD programs up the ante with bands, free weights and/or pull up bars.
I think the TapouT XT program is awesome. I was an MP in the Army and I had more than my share of bar fights to bust up. I also dabbled in martial arts when I was younger and got back into striking/hold classes when I was in the Army (to be a better "cop"). The TapouT program just seems like it was designed for me and I loved to hate itI recommend hitting the web and looking at some of the DVD programs out on the market and see if any speak to you. Insanity, Shed, P90X, Zumba... the list goes on and on. Some of these programs you can try at local facilities for a minimal cost. There are at least four places that do Zumba on my end of town alone and I do not like in a "big city". You can then continue in @ the local facility or purchases the product for yourself.
