Check-in Time

Yay....It's not Monday!! Lol

Just wanted to check in with all of you gorgeous moms. How's everyone doing with their goals?? Are you rewarding yourself when you are hitting them?? What are you doing to stay motivated when you don't reach your goals as fast as you would like??

    I'm five lbs down for the month of February, working on trying to get another 1.5 - 2 lbs before the month is done. Ever so slowly creeping my way down to the 100's AND the 100lbs lost club....but still have a little ways to go. No rewards as of yet. In another 25lbs I'm totally buying some Doc Martens though.

    No real changes for me. This winter weather has been getting the best of me. But my goal is to drop 5 lbs in March. Anyone want to join me?

    Slow progress, but still progress. Looking to break into the 140's in March, and keep training for a 5k in March. Until I can control my eating habits a little more I will not be rewarding myself with anything but a new pair of running shoes.

    Almost cracked into the 170's - slowly getting back to where I'd like to be after the twins pregnancy. February has been rough - everyone has been sick; it's been so freaking cold out that we feel house-bound & crazy. I was not seeing any success so I stopped logging for a couple of weeks and LOST 5 lbs. How the hell does that work!?

    Feeling a bit discouraged since I don't know if I can make my June goal but then again, it's almost March - 3 months to work on those goals.

    It's been a hard Feb. I am staying the course though.I have another 1.8 lb to go before hitting my Feb, goal. Then to start the march goal of 10 lbs for the entire month.

    Been good today with not over eating and drinking my smoothies, hopefully I can lose that 1.8 lb to make my 5 lb goal for the month. No rewards until 30lbs are gone!!!

    3 months is plenty of time to work on your goals, keeping focused and motivated can be very hard but that is why we are here to cheer you on!

    The first reward I have set for myself is bottle of Arbonne firming cream when I loose the first ten of the twenty pounds I've been trying to shed for a very long time. As of this week I am down seven of those ten pounds and I totally attribute it to the very small amount of running I have added to my daily activity...I have never been a healthy eater or the type to even be remotely interested in exercise but I am very blessed that I am finding that I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment even when I accomplish the smallest of goals!
