Day 2 - 10 Jumping Jacks and 10 Sit-ups
Day 3 - 10 Squats and 10 Russian Twists
Day 4 - 10 lunges (5 each side) and 10 second plank
Day 5 - 10 Jumping Jacks and 10 Supermans
Day 6 - 10 Side Lunges (5 each side) and 10 Crunches
Day 7 - Rest
Day 8 - 15 Push-ups and 15 Leg Crunches
Day 9 - 15 Jumping Jacks and 15 Sit-ups
Day 10 - 15 Squats and 15 Russian Twists
Day 11 - 16 lunges (8 each side) and 15 second plank
Day 12 - 15 Jumping Jacks and 15 Supermans
Day 13 - 16 Side Lunges (8 each side) and 15 Crunches
Day 14 - Rest
Day 15 - 20 Push-ups and 20 Leg Crunches
Day 16 - 20 Jumping Jacks and 20 Sit-ups
Day 17 - 20 Squats and 20 Russian Twists
Day 18 - 20 lunges (10 each side) and 20 second plank

    Thanks for posting this! I got sick and I have slacked on the last week of Jan. but have decided finishing is better than not doing them, so I'm adding them to the days in Feb. This challenge has made me realize that I start well but have a hard time following through.

    One more day and I will be all caught up!!! Next time I will them daily....no more skipping and busting my butt to catch up at the end of the month! :indifferent:
