Hi, my name is Bianca. I use my elliptical about 4x a week. I have noticed my calf is bulking up a bit. Im trying to lose the fat there but want lean muscle definition. I also want to lift my bum area too. So what are the best choices when using the elliptical, (no resistance, steep/ low incline) your thoughts....Thanks

Your not 'bulking' - lean muscle definition as requested is what your going to get if your calves are 'building muscle'. This is inevitable. If you do not want any muscle what so ever, stop training. -.-0

My calves have gotten more muscular, but I really like big calves. And bigger calves make my ankles look much smaller!0
