Struggles, exercise!!!! I can't get into gear so I have to join a studio. Its hard entering everything on here I have not kept up with it but have been eating well I want to check in though because I think it helps with eating right and staying on track....for me like a check and balance.
Success is I lost almost 3 lbs! but I really feel stuck as this last 20 lbs is slow going, I am eating well. I am starting my Zumba again tmr so I'm really happy about that. My blood sugars have been great today so I think i'm on track there YAY!0 -
