20 and 300+ pounds

Hey! I'm 20 and decided to change my life now instead of later. :)

I want my 20s to be fun and I want to do stuff that would be difficult to do now. Ex. Fairs, ice skating with friends, go hiking. Ive always wanted to go hiking! In fact, I'm going to add that to my goal list. :D

Feel free to add if you have the same weight loss goals as me or need motivation! We can support each other :)

    Hiking is so much fun! It is a great workout too, so start doing it as soon as you are comfortable. Start with something easy then work your way up. There are so many hidden hiking trails spread all over the place. Doing research and trying to find good trails is fun. :smile:
