How's everyone doing? I did a great Step workout this AM! RealFit TV - Step Workout- Tighten Your Butt With 30 Minutes Of Step. Definitely got my sweat on...#sweatfest #DRIPPING :laugh:

    (I did hit the gym today, but that doesn't count for this group :laugh: )

    But I also did some yoga poses. I am practising the bow pose. It sure is hell, but straightens my back :D
