When I need something filling and low calorie, I enjoy my stir-fry. I make my own sauce and use a bag of frozen stir-fry veggies, a can of sliced water chestnuts and half a can each of baby corn and bean sprouts. It make 4 big servings and is only 114 calories.

    My sauce:
    1 T. Light Agave
4 T. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 T. Lime Ponzu
    1 T. Rice Vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 t. ground ginger
    1 t. cornstarch

After the frozen veggies are warmed up, I add the canned items and get them warm. Then I whisk the sauce together and pour over. I love to top it with Sriracha, too :) Sometimes I'll serve it over a 1/2 cup of plain brown rice, which only adds 108 calories.

i love love love veggie soup. I get a nice veggie broth, put in potatoes and whatever veggies I have laying around and sometimes some tofurky (the italian sausages are amazing in soup) or beans. I also like making roasted carrot and sweet potato soup as well. Cut them up, throw in some onions, garlic, peppers, a bit of ginger and then puree after roasted. I don't add any oil and it's still fantastic.

Also silken tofu with liquid stevia, cocoa powder, few dashes of cinnamon, super ripe banana makes a great chocolate pudding alternative. Best if it sits for a day or so.

Also frozen bananas in general, I like to turn them into a banana ice cream (usually add a bit of almond milk to make it less thick) and then top it with some cereal, granola, or fruit.

I also like a nice sweet potato covered in peas or I'll make spaghetti except I make it more of a 'soup' by adding tons of tomatoes and onions and peppers and just a bit of pasta.

tortilla or lavish pizzas are easy as well. I just cover it in tons of sauce/veggies and a sprinkle of vegan cheese... still great without cheese!
