RI30 Week 3 Day 3

What an awesome workout!!

I procrastinated all day long and finally just got up & did it now. Wow. This was the best day yet! I felt strong & focused. By the end, I was sweating like crazy! Such an improvement on week 2. I'm really glad I decided to keep going vs repeating W2.

    i felt the same way! i only took 2 breaks in the whole video today. definitely seeing an improvement :)

    WOO! My 2yo decided she was going to sit on my hips during bridges. LOL. THAT was an extra workout. I LOVE the stork pose ones. They make me feel so strong!!

    Whoo hoo! My legs were sore from the get-go but I did it. I had to pause twice to switch from weights to mat. I don't have a lot of room so I have to move the mat for the rock n roll things and if I don't pause it, I miss too much. lol

    The ducks were my enemy today. I couldn't go backwards so I dipped and walked (Shelly) up 5 and turned around and repeated. I'm pretty sure I would have eaten carpet going backwards. PS I bonked my head on the downward dog dips... arms were shaking by round 2 and thonk!!! on my noggin lol
