What are every ones plans for working out after baby? I figured I would start around 2 weeks pp and then do some yoga and other pp dvds I have. Today I am 1 day pp and decided to 30 minutes of yoga (just stretches, nothing crazy) to relax my joints. It was good.

I've taken a gym payment holiday until July, so if my baby is on time (unlikely bearing in mind how late my other 2 were) she'll be just over 2 months old. I can still pay as a one off to do classes though, so of I feel up to it, I might go do Zumba.
I'll definitely be walking though. I live right by the sea, so if it's sunny I'll be walking on the seafront every day, and taking my other 2 children out as well.
I might also google some postnatal workouts on YouTube.0 -
I am going to start light walking right away, if the weather is nice outside. After my 6 week checkup, I will be starting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution again. I did it last year and I really toned up nice.
Also my advice, wear an abdominal binder as soon as you get home from the hospital. It will help push out the excess fluid quicker and get your tummy flat faster. Mine was flat 2 weeks after having my daughter. They're like $30 on Amazon.0 -

I'll have to look into those. thanks0 -
I'm planning on doing walking and slowly adding in jogging intervals when its safe to do so, to build my endurance back up. Also will be doing some Jillian DVD"s. I love 6 week six pack and no more trouble zones! And I'd like to get into a good lifting routine, too! All done slowly and spread out so I'm not overdoing it, but slowly building up strength. I'm only 10 weeks now and already getting short of breath, so I'm looking forward to being able to do a good work out in the very distant future! LOL Congrats by the way!!!0
