Hi ladies! I got so much support from this group during my pregnancy that it made sense to come back now for advice.
I'm 14 weeks post part um & on my 4th pack of birth control pills (2nd week). First 2packs were the mini pill, last 2 combo. I have been really good about taking them on time & did have a period between my last pack & this one. Well now I'm bleeding again for the past 2 days. I'm a little cramp but nothing major. Is this from my exercise/weight loss? I'm up to 34 pounds lost & have started working out a little more intense the past 2-3 weeks. Anyone else go through this? I'm trying not to freak out that I'm possibly pregnant again. I plan on getting a test in the next couple days to be sure. Just wanting to make some sense of this beforehand. Thanks for any feedback, mommas!

Actually, it is my 3rd pack & the first ones were the mini pill. I had her change them because I was struggling a little w getting on schedule.0

It's your body trying to regulate itself again. With my last pregnancy my doctor told me that it was the natural hormones competing with the pill hormones. They told me to give it 3 months on the same pill and if it doesn't get better to call but some girl's hormones will change and you may always have "slight bleeding" between periods. I decided personally to stop taking the pill until my body regulated itself and then followed it's schedule.0

That makes sense. I wish I felt disciplined enough to not need the pill but I do not. And I am way finished having babies0
