I'm assuming (more like hoping) that the reason the scale is moving down so slowly is because I exercise so much. I sometimes exercise 4 times a day. I am hoping that is the reason I'm having such a hard time losing weight although I do notice that my clothes fit much better.0 -
Little bit late, forgot to post on Saturday! 9st 4 this week, so +2lb from last week. But last week was -4lb so its still an overall loss so I'm happy0
