So guys, 8 or 9 more workouts to go, what are we doing next? Just wanted to make sure I have the DVD in time to start if I have to order/ buy it. I'm new to all the workouts so I'm down for whatever. I know there's been a lot of other exercises mentioned kettle bell, fitnessblender, T25, Beachbody's 21 day fix... there are sooooo many!
Excited to reach my goal with you guys and keep kickin butt!

I'm definitely going to do the kettle bell and walk/run. I need to up my cardio and burn off some of this fat!!! We have a wedding to attend this summer, and, I'm turning, *gulp* 30! I can definitely tell that I am building muscle, but my body doesn't seem to be changing all that much. So I think it's time to up the ante. I had a goal to be down at least a size by now... Hasn't happened ;(
And I'm a little afraid that I'm going to gain a lot while I'm on vacation
Anyway. Sorry for the rant. All that to say, I need more cardio and heavy weights. LOL! I feel good when I get out and walk/run, so that's why I chose that. And I need to put my kettle bell to use!! Boy did I feel it the next day!0 -
30?!?!?! You'll be fine! I'm 33 and on my 30th bday I about broke down in sad, chocolate, depressed, end-of-the-world, old age funk. My hubs had to remind me that the best years of my life are ahead of me - watching our kids grow up. Looking at it that way, it's been the best so far! Plus no party = no hang overs (goodbye and good riddance college life!) lol
I've been doing walks and mini jogs as much as I can since the start, so let me know about a kettle bell workout. I don't own one, but I'm 10 pounds from goal so I need to rock this fatty fat off!!!0 -
im on the same page with heavy weights and walking/running. I need to up my cardio and i wanna get cut!! my legs are starting to look smaller although measurments dont say...
All i know is that i wanna stay in contact with you all DAILY... this has really kept me accountable
Aaaaand i guess i kinda like you ladies haha0 -

I know, I'm gonna try and catch up with the walks! LOLOL! Bout to head out here in a min with the 2 younger ones. I don't have a dvd for kettle bell, but, definitely check this one out. I'm still struggling to get through all 3 circuits. LOL!! I'm going to finish RI30 hard, then when I get back, I'm going to definitely buckle down. Check this out and see what you think?? I hate not being able to start right away!! Maybe y'all can do the jm 1 week thing till I get back!! LOL!!

Here's the beginner. I'm going to do this one for a few weeks (when I get back) then, we can move up to the others? What do y'all think??0 -
I'm definitely in for upping my cardio...and for keeping in touch with all of you for motivation and inspiration! I'm working towards a 10km, so I'm thinking my plan will be run 3x/week (Tues, Thurs, Sat or Sun...as a plan) and do a more strength focused video 3x/week.
I'll check out the kettleball workout online this weekend and am also interested in what else Jillian has to offer. Six week six pack sounds like something I need (lol) and there's also something called extreme shed and shred... I'll do some googling but I'm game for whatever the group goes with
...and 30 is no big deal!! I had a minor freak out because I wasn't where I thought I should be in my personal life (married, kids, etc), but then I was encouraged to appreciate all that I do have and all that we can look forward to . As long as we're happy and healthy all is good0 -

Sounds great! I like it! I do 6 week 6 pack a couple times a week and I have her shed and shred and the shred it with weights too. Haven't checked out the video yet, have a deadline due and I'm ADD lol0 -

Which one(s) do you prefer? I also have Hard Body which I do sometimes - its 45min (not a big deal) but only 2 circuits so I find myself always watching to try and figure out what move we're about to do because I can't remember the names and am therefore less active/productive. My memory isn't what it used to be lol!0 -

LOL Mine either! I haven't tried them yet, just ordered them all from Amazon at once before my Prime Membership expired lol
I figured if we all do cardio & XXXX in March, we'll just use the dates as Topics and check in with each other to encourage, share great burns and give encouragement. That way we can still stick together. I'll slack off and lose momentum if we disband
 :noway:
i.e. 03/03/14 Today's workout:
10:00 Jogged 3 miles in 35 min
5:15 fitnessblender kettle bell 40 min
... etc.0 -
Good plan! No disbanding and no giving up, we're a team0

How did you like the kettle bell?? The one I did was only 33 minutes...
I tried 6 week 6 pack. WOWZA. I'd like to use that as my cardio I think. I'm sure I'll probably get bored with it. But I only did 2 minutes today. LOL. I'll start when I get back!!0 -
I haven't bought a bell yet womp womp - but it's on my to-do list!!! Enjoy your vaca!0

I have no idea what to do for cardio still I would have liked to start Couch to 5k, but my kids & work schedule make it hard to get out to the gym or on the road on any sort of regular basis.
About to do my 1st Fitness Blender kettlebell workout... Just hope I don't get bored with it :ohwell:0
