Hello All!!!
Just a little over a month left in the challenge. How's everyone feeling? Any set backs or challenges this week? I know there's been some NSVs as well.
How many have already reached their CGW? How many are almost there? How many have a little ways to go?
I'm almost fully recovered from Bronchitis and I'm mentally doing the happy feet dance. Last night was the first night I was able to sleep the whole night through.
I'm kind of a ways from my CGW. However it's still attainable! I'm still very hopeful!!!!!

YAY! Good to have you back. :blushing:
I am 9lb away from goal. At the "half-way" point. Not sure if I'll make it but it will be close.
What are your thoughts on hosting another challange? (Yes, already planning the next one!)0 -

I've been thinking about it since we started this challenge honestly lol. I'm not too sure yet! Do you have any ideas?0 -
I think another challenge would be awesome. There's something about 90 days that seems short enough to commit to but long enough to actually get results. Also, because we come up with our own goals, it's easy to change the challenge from cycle to cycle to fit what we personally need at that moment and still get the great support that this group has. My .02 cents.
This week has been ok. I tweaked my leg last week, so I've been trying to take it easy. Hope your bronchitis is doing better!0 -
Glad you are back! You have been my inspiration and you have been through some ups and downs, nice to know the leader is human too! I had been really stuck on the scale. So I started drinking water, was able to stay home a week (travel ++ for work) and did a one day smoothie cleanse. Seemed to kick start my weight loss again and I am down 1.4 pounds. I am also exercising much more regularly and with greater intensity than before. I am hopeful I can reach my challenge goal by the end of March.0

It's great to hear that you are feeling better. Bronchitis just zaps all your "get up & go". If you don't host another challenge how in the heck am I going to stay motivated?!0

I'm in for another challenge as well. We could do a 60 days until Summer challenge, or go another 90 days and finish at the end of June (which technically summer isn't until the middle of June anyway, right?).
I'm really hoping that I'll reach my challenge goal weight by the end of March! That would put me within 15 lbs. of my final goal!!!!0 -

OK, my final weighin for February and it was good overall:
SW: 264
CW: 238.6 (-2.3...total of 25.4 since joining MFP)
GW for 90 days: 235 (3.6 to go!)
Final Goal Weight: 150-170
BMI: 36.1 (-.4)
Body Fat%: 35.2 (-.3%)
On goals:
1) Water consumption: Got my 8 2 days, 1 day was 7..averaged to 4.9 glasses!
2) Extra exercise: Got extra 15 minute walk in one on one day, otherwise not even close. This REALLY needs focus in March. Hopefully, better weather outside will make this easier.
3) Strength training X3week: Monday, Wed., Fri. - even upped my weight on a couple things this week.
MFP prompted me to adjust calorie goals this morning. I went through and saw that I had based my assumptions on a VERY light workout plan (only working out 3 times a week, 15 minutes daily). Since I've been meeting/exceeding that for a long time, I have now adjusted that to read 5 times a week and 20 minutes to more accurately reflect what I'm doing already. Once I consistently am getting in 6 (or more) exercise days a week, I will alter that again.0
