I made my February goal!

I just wanted to share with the group that I made my goal this month :smile:

Starting Weight 239
Goal Weight 232
Current Weight 230.6

I ate on average 1800 cals a day (gross) and I swam 6 x a week (45-60 minutes)

How was everyone elses month? Would love to hear your stories.

    That's awesome! I'm glad for you. I did not make my goal - I got very off track the last few weeks but I'm back on the wagon again. Good luck next month!

    Well done that's fantastic I didn't make my goal this month had a bad month but I only missed it by 1lb so im not to upset with that. hoping to get back on it next month.

    Ive been looking at your progress too Mojox2003 you've been doing an amazing job! Even on a 'bad' month (your words not mine :laugh: ) you're doing fantastic! So great to see everyone elses results, it's really motivating. Looking forward to sharing the March journey with everyone.
