felt really good about completing this week. it was tough but good i likes this one even though the ducks and squate jumps and rockstars ( never did those right) and jumping lunges SUCKED!

I had a hard time getting through today! I usually do this while the older kids are at school. So I had to start it. Do half way through the 2nd circuit, then quit. Just went back and finished. And I did 2 minutes of 6week6pack. Wow..0

All done! Way to go, ladies. I did my measurements this morning & my arms are hardly any smaller. Surely that can't be right with all that tricep work?! Lol. All in all, this was a great round! I really enjoyed it.0
