Here's my workout for the day:
-15 minutes of calisthenics (inner thigh lifts, planks, skull crushers with a resistance band)
-3 mile Weight Loss Walk dvd0 -
30 minutes of Zuzka Light ZWOW Challenge 3 (it was a pyramid so wow did it burn), and some T25 stretching. Good day!0

50 minutes of HIIT training some upper body weights
