    Hello, I didn't see the message until today so I'm not in 'go' mode :)

    I'm not eating very well today, that's for sure, but it's my weekend off and I don't want to count calories today :) So we'll just skip that part. I am going to go outside and start tilling my garden today. Vitamin D and exercise! Yay!

    So, are we going to upload pics of our scales on here? How are we going to do this and can I send out invites?

    Hey just found this group and joined, I have all ready eaten everything today which was cinnamon swirl bread with blue berry cream cheese spread for breakfast, raisin oatmeal for lunch, and a proper severing size of spaghetti and meatballs for dinner with one half cup of banana split ice cream for dessert. I most likely should not have eaten the ice cream.

    After posting last night I ate ice cream too...damn...no more, we have got to make it through the days or we aren't going to lose!
    An idea for you and me to do today: Go buy Weight Watchers ice cream treat and only it one! Include it in daily cals!

    I haven't taken my measurements, however I am currently at 192.6 lbs. I"ll set an 8 week goal of 180.

    Well poo I had to update that starting weight after weighing myself this morning.
