5x50

Anyone planning 5x50 challenge starting at the end of March. This challenge involves completing 5k for 50 days. This can include running, cycling or walking. 30 mins of other exercise also count. Details are on www.5x50.org. I did it last year and have signed up again this year.

    Oooh. Looks interesting. Unfortunately though it's going to clash with the start of C25K for me. While I'm sure I could do both, I don't want to push it and injure myself before I get that first 5k run under my belt.

    I'm possibly going to do it, although fitting it in on two days of the week is more challenging as I have a very long day at work.

    Hiya I'm not sure if this was in the spirit of the challenge but last year I did a few extra Ks on some days and bagged them for days I was struggling with work etc.
