    Hi I am Joy I am 42 and I have children with autism. You can do whatever you put your mind to. My oldest is 18 he isn't overweight but he is skinny fat. I have recently introduced him to exercise he likes the cross trainer but I am scared he will damage himself or those around him with weights. He has dyspraxia as well as ASD and he just looks awkward. Good luck.

    You can do it!

    My oldest son has Aspergers and we are doing it together. We like to put on music and jump around (dance)...Lol

    As long as we are moving, we are losing!

    Hey! My middle girl who is 17 is an aspy, but even with her quirky ways, she's the most confident person I know. I love her to pieces.
