just finished and it is a GOOD workout.
the 2nd cardio circuit is the worst for me... i feel really accomplished and strong in this workout0 -
Ohhh man.. I'm sceeeeeeerd.... I haven't even looked at it. I was contemplating skipping today, but since I only have 5 workouts I can do before leaving, I better get this done.0

WOW... That sucked! LOL!! I'm gonna feel this one tomorrow! Definitely one to do while the kids are in school/napping... I reaaaaaaly don't need their help. LOL. Because of course, anytime I was in plank, someone needed to jump on my back. And uh, all of the moves are terrible. Hate em all. LOL. Oooh! I did feel super awesome doing the situps at the end! I actually can do them now!! Woo woo!0

I believe Jillian actually recommended having toddlers jump on your back...lucky you can do the workout to its fullest0 -
I liked it...but not as much as week 3. I think it starts off wrong for me - where I am supposed to feel it in the first move? I just kinda do it but don't feel like I'm getting anything out of it; though it's a welcome rest after those squat holds!!0

Oh. My. Gosh! Week 4 is insane! Definitely don't like it as much as w3 - not sure I like it at all to be honest. That move where you bring your leg in from a plank and go up into a lunge & put your arms up? I just can't do that. The burpees? Like, WTH? Lol. My shoulders are burning so bad by the last strength circuit, I almost feel like I can't go on any more.
On the plus side, I totally feel like I'm getting serious air on the double jump rope & that last sit up set? KILLED IT! :bigsmile:
I feel like by the time day 6 rolls around, that little pre-cool down speech of hers is gonna bring me to tears! Lol.
