I did a You Tube video this AM - Real Fit TV - Step Workout: Tighten Your Butt With 30 Minutes Of Step. I wasn't feeling great this AM but I still got a good workout in! #sweatfest! I'm missing my FT60 HRM - it's out for repair so I'm struggling with not knowing what I'm burning so then I don't have the motivation to log my food either!! Vicious Cycle!!

Worked out with my husband in our garage. I followed his workout routine this time, but he's invited me to come back and I think I'll bring my own routine next time. But I really enjoyed working out with him. At first we were both kind of embarrassed, but now we really like showing off for each other. We like to go on hikes and swims together, but not organized workouts like we do on a daily basis. And we don't always have the time to go for a hike or to the beach daily, so being able to spend some time together doing something we'd be doing anyways is great. Glad to have found another fun thing to do together.

I'm so jealous you were able to walk outdoors Change! It's getting warmer where I am, but the school tracks are still snow covered. I'm hoping next week the snow will be cleared!

This morning I was able to ice skating (briskly) for 35 minutes.

I also just got finished doing:

    1 mile walking video
    Dynamic Stretch and Sculpt
    Blogilates Standing Back Workout
FitSugar's Inner Thigh & Tricep Workout (love, love, love that one!)

Wow! It's so great to see everybody is getting their workouts in everyday. Keep pushing!!!

Aquarabbit: I workout with my husband too. At first he didn't want to do my workouts, he said he didn't like to follow a DVD but with time and patience he stepped in. Now he likes working out to LesMillsCombat and we enjoy kicking each other butt during a workout. Is good to have someone to share sweat and burning muscles.

My workout today will be a 30 minute of LesMillsCombat and 30 minute walking.

Turbo Fire HIIT 20 today and Body Revolution Workout 9 later. I was supposed to start T25's Gamma today, but I chose to do Turbo Fire instead. I'm not sick anymore after 3 days of not being able to keep food down. I think it was the flu, but I didn't have a fever or anything, so I'm not sure. But I just don't have the energy to learn a new routine and put as much energy as I can into T25. I know with Turbo Fire I can lower the intensity to suit what I need right now. But I am very glad I got to workout again. I've been grouchy without my endorphins.

Yesterday I went out inline skating.. 2 times 12,2km.. but the second time wasn't satisfying, the ground was wet and I couldn't ride as fast as usual (and I burned nearly 150 kcal less  )

Today is more of a 'rest day', not totally, but I want to hit the gym tomorrow.. Today, I'm going into the city by bike (2x 20 min) and I'll do something active later at home, either yoga and/or some workouts with my apps.
My butt asks for squats, I think

How intense is that Pear Body Shape workout?
I don't have correct measurements of my body right now, and I cannot tell whether I am an hourglass body type or rectangle... But it's actually a nice idea to search for a workout that'd bring the best out of my body type. Thanks for that! :drinker:
