Weight loss goal for Friday

We are going to have a weight loss goal every five days and for those of you that fail (notice I said you because I AM NOT GOING TO FAIL...LOL!) All the other members of the group are going to come up w/ a "boot camp" that you have to do for that day! So what is your goal for Friday?
I'm gonna go w/ 3 lbs....I know I can do it, because I'm just starting to lose.
PS Anyone no how to copy a photo on to the board?
Please everyone: take before pics now, and in 12 weeks we are going to make this board private and post before and after pics!:smooched:

My Goal for this week was to lose 2 lbs ( just started after some gain too) and as of this morning I lost 2.3lbs0

That sounds so cool. I am just getting started and I have a supper slow metabolism so I am hoping for a loss of two pounds.0
