Transition Week

Hello everyone
This week was my transition week. Its been a busy week and I have out of town guests. Due to having company (who sleep in my workout room), I only completed 3 of the workouts this week. I will get one more done tomorrow and might do two tomorrow. My question is should I re-do the transition week or just continue on with the program and start my next block.

I think the transition week is supposed to be kind of a recovery/light week anyhow. It sounds to me like your busy week came at just about the perfect time. If I were you I would probably just continue on with the start of the next block when it's time.0
