    My stats are not so lovely this week

    I gained .8 lbs. I did fall off a tad bit this weekend, but I also worked my butt off on Saturday at the gym, I was only expecting to lose a pound or less considering the weekend I had, but I honestly don't think it warranted a gain. I'm hoping that it's water retention and not a true gain. I was considering weighing in again on Wednesday, but I'm gonna stick to the Monday routine and hopefully put up a good number next week!!

    SW: 342
    CW: 334.2
    GW: 195
    NWGW: 330!

    So, a bit over 2 lbs since last week.

    I did better this weekend, actually I thought I did a lot better so I'm kinda surprised that MOST of the weight loss happened M-W.

    Still, 2lbs is 2lbs.

    Hello, I did not weigh last Monday because I only started last Saturday, so my starting weight is from 3/1.

    SW - 277.2
    CW - 271.4
    GW - 180.00
    NWGW - 269

    Good job everyone!

    So I ended my first week with a 5.8 lb loss! Woot!

  • Got here late this week, but I did weigh Monday and had no change... Just 3 pounds lost from last week to this one as the report I gave when I began...
