My stats are not so lovely this week
I gained .8 lbs. I did fall off a tad bit this weekend, but I also worked my butt off on Saturday at the gym, I was only expecting to lose a pound or less considering the weekend I had, but I honestly don't think it warranted a gain. I'm hoping that it's water retention and not a true gain. I was considering weighing in again on Wednesday, but I'm gonna stick to the Monday routine and hopefully put up a good number next week!!

Got here late this week, but I did weigh Monday and had no change... Just 3 pounds lost from last week to this one as the report I gave when I began...
